That's right! Starting June 18th and running until October 30th - The Downtown Front Royal Farmers Market is finally HERE! Every Thursday evening from 4-8 and Saturday morning from 8-1 the community can come an enjoy fresh produce, baked goods, gluten free items, Kettle corn, flowers, plants, herbs, soy candles, aromatherapy soups and lotions and more! Keep checking this site and the paper for information on guest speakers and special events to be held during the market hours. Downtown Downtown Front Royal, Inc. is a 501(c)3, not-for-profit, community development organization and a Virginia Main Street Program DHCD Commercial District Affiliate. DFR works with various groups throughout the community such as the Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Authority, the Town of Front Royal, Virginia Tourism and dozens of local non-profit groups to showcase the beauty, strength and vitality of our historic downtown area.

DFR sponsors events throughout downtown that encourage residents and visitors alike to enjoy the gazebo, great shopping, and outstanding restaurants. For example, throughout the spring, summer and fall, music can be heard coming from the gazebo area through events such as Gazebo Gatherings, various concerts & our own, Dancin' Downtown! Each November & December, we transform downtown with our Home for the Holiday's Christmas events which include Royal Illumination, Christkindlmarkt, the Christmas Parade as well as other Holiday community gatherings. DFR is committed to promoting and developing downtown as the center of the Front Royal community.
